What's included, and what's not

Your package includes the number of graphics and captions, the content calendar, prompts, response templates and any scripts listed in your tier. Completed graphics are delivered as PNG files. Editable Canva design files are not included.

The Content Sprint does not automatically include social media account management, posting on your behalf, paid advertising, video filming or ongoing content management. Premium Reel and Story scripts are written scripts, not finished videos.

Is the AI Content Sprint only for certain types of businesses?

No. We work with businesses across different industries and locations. Whether you provide professional services, sell products or run a local business, we use your information to develop content suited to your audience.

Do I need a logo before ordering?

Not necessarily, but an existing logo and brand colours help us create more consistent materials. If you need full branding services, that can be discussed separately.

Will my posts look AI-generated?

Our aim is clean, relevant content that fits your brand. AI may assist the production process, but the materials are developed and reviewed with your business information in mind. You can also provide genuine photographs and brand assets to include.

Can I edit the graphics myself?

The finished graphics are supplied as PNG files, not editable Canva templates. Captions and written resources come in a format suitable for copying and using.

Does a 30-day calendar mean I get 30 graphics?

No. The content calendar is a publishing plan with suggested topics and dates. The number of designed graphics depends on your package: 6, 12 or 20.

Are the posts published for me?

No. The Sprint provides content for you to use. Ongoing account management and publishing are separate services.

Can I request changes?

Yes. Starter and Growth include one round of minor revisions. Premium includes two. Revisions cover reasonable adjustments to the agreed materials, not a complete change of the original brief or an entirely new content package.

How long will my order take?

We confirm the delivery timeline after reviewing your request and materials. Work can begin once the requirements and payment arrangements are complete.

Can I order from outside Jamaica?

Absolutely. FirstGen Pro VAs works remotely and welcomes enquiries from businesses internationally.
