You receive the deliverable for your package, with minor revisions for Refresh and Launch, then we confirm handover or next steps.

Do I need an existing website to order?
Only for the Checkup and Refresh packages. The Website Launch Sprint is for businesses that need a new one-page website.
Is the Website Checkup an actual redesign?
No. The Checkup is a review service. You receive a PDF report with ten actionable recommendations based on our review of up to five pages. If you'd like us to implement improvements, that would be arranged separately.
Can you refresh my entire website for $79?
The Website Refresh covers one existing page. If you need multiple pages updated, we'll discuss the scope and provide a quotation.
Does the $149 Launch Sprint include five pages?
No. It includes one webpage with up to five sections. A full multi-page website is a separate project.
Do I need to buy my domain first?
Not necessarily, but domain registration and website platform subscriptions are separate from the Sprint fee. We'll discuss what needs to be arranged for your project.
Do you only work with Squarespace websites?
Squarespace is one of the platforms we work with, but we can review other website requirements and supported platforms. We'll confirm whether your request suits the Sprint before accepting the project.
Can you add WhatsApp or a contact form?
The Launch Sprint includes an agreed contact form and/or WhatsApp contact integration within the capabilities of the website platform. More advanced forms, scheduling systems or custom integrations may require additional work.
Will my website work on mobile devices?
Mobile responsiveness is included in the Launch Sprint, and mobile layout improvements are included in the Refresh package. The final result also depends on the capabilities of the platform.
Is SEO included?
The Launch Sprint includes basic on-page SEO setup, such as page titles, descriptions and heading structure where supported. It does not include a full SEO campaign, advanced technical SEO or guaranteed search rankings.
Can I request changes?
Yes. Website Refresh and Website Launch each include one round of minor revisions. Requests that substantially change the agreed page, design direction or scope may require a separate quotation.
How quickly can my website be completed?
We confirm your timeline after reviewing the requirements, platform and content readiness. Delays in receiving information, materials or approvals may affect the completion date.
Do you work with businesses internationally?
Yes. FirstGen Pro VAs provides digital business services remotely and welcomes enquiries from businesses in different countries.
